| A refund will be given if you cancel thirty (30) working days or more prior to the course date. You will incur a cancellation fee. The refund will be issued within thirty (30) days from the date of notice. |

| A credit to the next course date will be given if you cancel twenty nine (29) to three (3) working days prior to the course date you originally booked in for. You will incur a transfer fee. A credit is only valid for twelve (12) months from the original date of payment and can only be used for a THUMP Training Systems course. You will be charged a transfer fee of each time you transfer course dates. |

| If you cancel or postpone with less than three (3) working days prior to the course or you do not show up to the course, you will not be issued with a refund or credit. You will be entitled to a 12 month credit from date of payment if you provide us with a medical certificate stating that you were unfit to attend the course. You will also incur a transfer fee. You will charged a transfer fee of each time you transfer course dates. |
