The Level 1 course is the foundation of the THUMP system of training and is designed to suit all levels of experience and ability. The course will give you the understanding and knowledge to structure safe and effective 'Boxing for Fitness' training sessions for your clients.

- Safety and Injury Prevention
What's the safest way for you and your clients?
- Correct pad holding
Learn the most effective way to hold focus pads.
- Correct punching technique
Learn how and why we punch the way we do.
- Speed and Power drills
Learn the difference between speed and power and what will work best for you and your clients.
- Class structures
What's the safest and most effective way to structure a class?
- Punching combinations
Learn what combinations are and how to put them together.
- How to instruct proper form and technique
Learn how to identify incorrect technique and what the best method of correcting it is.
- Personal Training Sessions
Learn dynamic punching combinations which will work well in a one on one environment.
